Congrats to Julia on a job well done on Saturday Night Live.

According to AP/Yahoo!, Julia has signed on for a film called "Carolina," co-starring Kathy Bates and Alessandro Nivola. My own quick analysis of the situation is that although the film might well be good, there's a lot of pressure on big name actors (including Julia) to make a movie before the WGA strike hits. That could possibly make an actor accept a script that he/she normally wouldn't have. However, this is all speculative so we'll wait for the film and see. In it, Stiles will play a young woman who leaves her wildly eccentric Southern family and relocates to the West Coast. Newly settled, she tries to find happiness while choosing between two men who love her.

Also, Ben was able to put a lot of Julia's STLD interviews online. Most of them are split up, so that they're more easily downloadable. The names pretty much speak for themselves. All are under 8 megs.
